Danielle Chan is the current People & Culture Manager at Equalture. Prior to this, they worked as a Research Consultant for Algemene Bestuursdienst from October 2020 to March 2022. In this role, they were responsible for executive search and screening of candidates for the whole national government, as well as contributing to more diversity in the candidate pools and extending their networks. From May 2018 to October 2020, Danielle worked as an Advisor for Diversity & Inclusion for the Ministerie van Defensie. In this role, they managed projects to stimulate diversity and inclusion, and advised senior leadership regarding diversity and inclusion policy. Danielle has also held positions as an innovation coach and committee member for Diversity and Inclusion Jong Defensie. Prior to their work in diversity and inclusion, Danielle worked as a communications consultant and copywriter from September 2015 to January 2018. Danielle also has experience working in social media promotion, having served as Captain of the Social Media Promotion Team for Ark productions from January 2013 to March 2014.
Danielle Chan has a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam - Amsterdam Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Communication science from the University of Amsterdam.
