Koop Otten

Koop Otten is the current Head of Engineering at Equalture. Prior to this, they were the CTO at YoungCapital Deutschland from September 2019 to June 2021. Koop was also a Developer at YoungCapital from March 2015 to June 2021, and before that, they were a founder at KoDev, a freelancer from February 2014 to January 2021. Koop Otten's first job was as a stagiair at Noorderstorm from September 2013 to February 2014, where they learned JavaScript and Ruby on Rails. Koop then worked as an operator at SportLED from December 2011 to January 2015.

Koop Otten has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design from NHL Hogeschool.

Koop Otten reports to Jaap Haagmans, CTO. Anna Graczkowska - Software Developer, Juan Carlos Martinez De La Torre - Software Developer, and Matheus Heck - Software Engineer report to Koop Otten. They work with Ylva Karreman - Product Owner, Łukasz Jankowski - Software Engineer.
