Morgane Borzée is an experienced professional with a strong background in design, technology, and business. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Equanima, an impact-driven start-up focused on emotional well-being, Morgane previously co-founded FriendlyBit, a UX agency, and led projects in digital product design and online education. Morgane’s extensive experience includes roles as Senior Design Manager and Associate Professor at Universidad Peruana de Arte Orval, as well as UX Designer at R/GA. With advanced degrees in Design & Technology and Business Administration, Morgane combines expertise in user experience design with a focus on finance and private equity, contributing to a diverse portfolio of skills and leadership in various sectors.
