Equanimity Arts (EqA) is an Australian art therapy and psychotherapy practice enabling an ecology of care through creative, evidence-based mental health support.

We partner with organisations and workplaces to improve staff wellbeing, resilience and psychological safety through expressive, trauma-informed programs that go beyond traditional EAP models.

Our creative therapy workshops provide a stigma-free, engaging alternative to conventional counselling. By meeting people where they are, in group settings that feel safe, collaborative and empowering, we help employees explore their emotional wellbeing in ways that are accessible, non-clinical and culturally responsive.

For People & Culture and Organisational Development leaders, this means:

-Supporting staff mental health without the barriers often associated with formal therapeutic services

-Improving employee engagement, morale and emotional resilience

-Reducing burnout, presenteeism and absenteeism

-Enhancing workplace culture and retention

Our programs draw from art therapy, somatic practices, and evidence-based psychotherapy frameworks. They are adaptable for teams, leadership groups, or whole-of-organisation wellbeing initiatives, and can be delivered in-person or online.

At EqA, we believe mental health support should be proactive, creative and inclusive. By embedding mental wellbeing into your organisational culture, you’re not just caring for your people, you’re investing in long-term performance, connection and sustainability.

Let’s reimagine what workplace wellbeing can look like.
