Faiyaz Devjee

Faiyaz Devjee serves as the Head of Human Resources for Australia and New Zealand at EQUANS ANZ since December 2022. Previously, Faiyaz held the position of Principal Consultant at IRIQ Law, where expertise in industrial relations law and HR/ER consultancy was applied across various sectors, including mining, manufacturing, and aged care, from February 2018 to December 2022. Faiyaz has also served as Group Human Resources Manager at Barminco and HR/ER Manager at EC&M Limited, focusing on strategic HR/ER initiatives and operational support for major construction projects. Earlier roles include General Manager HR/ER at both Forge Group Ltd and UGL Limited, with responsibilities for national employee relations, productivity enhancement, and management capabilities. Additionally, Faiyaz has experience in consulting, education, and management development through various roles from 1998 to 2010. Faiyaz holds a Master’s Degree in Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Otago.
