Mike Madden

Mike Madden is a distinguished legal professional currently serving as the Chair of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and a Non-Executive Director at the Association of Corporate Counsel Australia since December 2024. In addition, Mike holds the position of Group General Counsel, Company Secretary, and Ethics Officer at EQUANS ANZ, overseeing corporate, compliance, procurement, property, legal, and commercial affairs. With previous roles including Immediate Past Board Chair and Vice Chair of the Global Board of Directors at the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mike has extensive experience in governance and financial strategy.
