Dmitry Rapoport

Dmitry Rapoport is the NPI and Engineering Manager at EQUASHIELD®, where they manage engineering operations and oversee the transition of products from development to production. With a Master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Dnipropetrovsk State University, Dmitry is a Green Belt Certified Engineer with expertise in design for manufacturing, lean principles, and medical devices. Previously, they held roles at Jonson Electric, Philips Healthcare, and Haifa Sport and Recreation City LTD, where they demonstrated a strong background in production management, operational excellence, and maintenance strategies.
