Ruben Cornelis

Ruben Cornelis currently serves as the Director of Sales for the Rest of World at EQUASHIELD®, overseeing sales operations and managing the Equashield Europe office in Belgium since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Inari Medical, where Ruben held multiple positions such as Director of EMEA Sales with P&L responsibility for a team of 34, Director of EMEA Marketing, and Country Manager for Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, driving market expansion and establishing reimbursement pathways. Prior to Inari, Ruben worked at Medtronic for 15 years in various managerial roles, leading substantial revenue-generating teams and driving organizational transformations. Ruben's career began at IQVIA and MSD Sharp & Dohme GmbH, focusing on clinical research and data management. Ruben holds a Master's degree in Bioinformatics from KU Leuven and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering ICT from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
