Bala Arjun

Bala Arjun has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Bala started their career at CSS Corp as a Customer Support Executive in 2012. Bala then joined Amazon.com as a Content Quality Associate in 2013. In 2015, they joined Pocketmath as a Client Services Manager and later took on roles as a Senior Client Services Manager and Client Services Team Lead. In 2018, they joined TripAdvisor as a Technical Account Operations member. In 2020, they joined Equativ (formerly Smart) as a Technical Account Manager, and later became the Sr. Technical Account Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Service, APAC at Equativ. In 2021, they also became an IAB Council Member at IAB Southeast Asia and India.
