Shashi Jajware

Shashi Jajware is a seasoned Data Science Leader with 16 years of experience in ML and Product Engineering across various business domains, including Airline Solutions, Retail, and Fintech. Currently serving as the Head of Data Science at QuantumStreetAI, Shashi leads a team of 20 Data Scientists and Engineers in developing advanced ML solutions for the finance sector. Shashi's expertise encompasses GenAI, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, and Operations Research. Prior to this role, Shashi held significant positions at Sabre Holdings, Tata Consultancy Services, and Amadeus Labs, contributing to projects involving optimization models, recommendation systems, and demand forecasting. Shashi is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
