Rupinder Dyal has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Rupinder is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Eque2 Ltd since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Lead HR Manager at Scottish & Southern Electricity Networks from September 2018 to February 2022. In 2018, they held the role of Interim Head of HR at Fleetwood Architectural Aluminium Ltd, where they were responsible for implementing GDPR and HR policies and procedures. From 2006 to 2018, Rupinder worked at ISS Facility Services UK, starting as an HR Advisor and progressing to become the Head of HR (Education Sector). During their time at ISS Facility Services, they were a member of the Executive Board and played a key role in implementing the people strategy, talent management, succession planning, resourcing, and performance management. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Officer at Slough Borough Council from 2002 to 2006.
Rupinder Dyal completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from Kingston University between 1996 and 1999. Following this, they pursued a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) degree at Kingston University from 1999 to 2001. Finally, in 2003 to 2005, Rupinder obtained a Master's degree in Management from Brunel University London.
