Raymond van Es is a seasoned data science and technology executive, currently serving as Principal and Practice Lead for Data Science & AI at Milliman Benelux. Their extensive career includes leadership positions at AEGON, where they advanced departments in strategy, innovation, and marketing, and at Ortec Finance as Chief Analytics Officer. Educated at prestigious institutions such as Delft University of Technology and Harvard Business School, Raymond remains actively involved in academia as a lecturer in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.
