Ashanthi Amarasinghe

Ashanthi Amarasinghe is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accountant and previously as an Accounts Officer at Equiem since May 2018. Prior to this role, Ashanthi worked at Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites from February 2016 to August 2018 as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager and Housekeeper. A stint as a Tax Consultant was held at H&R Block from June 2017 to October 2017. Ashanthi began a career in banking at Hatton National Bank PLC, working as a Junior Executive and Banking Associate from December 2005 to March 2015. Ashanthi is pursuing a CPA Australia Program, expected to be completed in April 2024, and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Australian Catholic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
