Richard Croll is a seasoned professional with experience in various roles within the financial industry. Richard currently works as the Regional Sales Manager for Equifinance in the South. Their previous roles include Business Development Manager at HSBC, National Account Manager at Step One Finance, and Business Owner at Secured Loans Consulting. Richard has also been recognized for their work, being nominated for Best BDM / Relationship Manager at the SFI Awards in both 2021 and 2022. In addition to their impressive career in finance, Richard has a background in sports management as a Sunday League Football Manager. Richard holds several qualifications including a Cemap degree in Mortgage Advice & Practice.
Equifinance
Equifinance is a specialist second charge mortgage lender. We work closely with our UK wide distribution partners to develop and deliver lending products that suit the needs of a wide spectrum of customer circumstances. We seek to develop products that are designed to cater for a variety of customer needs. In particular we look to help applicants who have historically experienced financial difficulty but are in the process of recovering their financial situation. At Equifinance we are also sympathetic to customers whose employment situation is unusual, if they are relatively new to their current role or recently self employed. We do not use automated credit scoring. Instead, we prefer to look at an applicant’s circumstances as a whole and this enables us to take a flexible approach when making a decision to lend. We keep it simple.
