Jonathan Hime is the Managing Partner and Founder of EQUIIDA, a company that focuses on board effectiveness, leadership coaching, search, and succession planning for major companies globally. Prior to this, Jonathan has worked as an Entrepreneur, Investor, and Networker, as well as a Co-founder of Marlin Hawk. Jonathan also served as a Board Trustee for KidsOut and held various advisory roles at Impellam Group. Jonathan has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management and is certified in Hogan Assessment and 3 Minute Mile Leadership Performance.
