Grace McCarthy

Grace McCarthy is a detail-oriented and results-driven operations professional with over four years of experience in various roles. They served as the Aquatics Coordinator at the UNCW Campus Recreation Center, where they developed a high-performance team and established safety protocols. Grace also worked as an Afterschool Counselor at the YMCA of Southeastern NC, managing and mentoring young children, and has experience in office administration with the Greater Rochester Health Foundation. Currently, they hold the position of Client Lead at Equiliem. Grace earned a degree in Psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
