Jonathan Piernik

Jonathan Piernik, C.P.A. has a diverse work experience in the accounting field. Jonathan began their career as an Accountant at David J. Hollinger Associates, Inc in 2002. Jonathan then worked as an Associate Accountant at Merck from 2005 to 2006, where they were responsible for preparing monthly reports and reconciliations. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Reinsurance Accountant II at Chubb, before joining MOL (America) Inc. as a Senior Corporate Accountant in 2007. In this role, Jonathan managed financial close process and tax filings. Jonathan also supervised and provided professional development for staff accountants. In 2015, they joined Equiliem (previously Staffing The Universe) as a Senior Accountant, then moved on to become the Manager of General Accounting in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director, General Accounting and Financial Reporting, where they are responsible for managing and auditing the work of the accounting team. Jonathan also ensures compliance with financial procedures and reports key financial data to internal and external users.

Jonathan Piernik, C.P.A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Rutgers University from 2000 to 2005. After completing their degree, they pursued further education at Rutgers Business School, where they obtained their certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 2005. In 2007, they obtained additional certification as a Certified Public Accountant.
