Ramya Darshini

Ramya Darshini has a diverse background in project management and analytics, with experience spanning various companies. Starting as a Marketing Analyst Intern at Outlook Publishing (India) Pvt. Ltd. in April 2021, Ramya later conducted sentiment analysis of CSR activities using R programming at Amrita Research Center. From January 2024 to October 2025, Ramya worked as a Senior Executive in project management at HCL Technologies. Subsequently, a role as a Project Administrator at EquiLend commenced in October 2025. Prior roles also include serving as a Management Trainee at HCLTech from July 2022 to December 2023. Ramya holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and Systems from the University of Buffalo and an MBA in Business Analytics and Finance from Amrita School of Business, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with an emphasis on Business Analytics from PSGR Krishnammal College for Women.
