Coco Meers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Coco is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Equilibria, a company focused on changing the way women benefit from CBD. Prior to this, they founded and served as Principal at Rebelle Collective LLC, where they worked as an angel investor and advisor for digitally enabled consumer companies.

Before that, Coco was the General Manager and Senior Director at BeautyNow by Groupon, where they led the integration of PrettyQuick, a business they founded and was acquired by Groupon in 2015. As the Founder and CEO of PrettyQuick, they transformed the beauty booking experience and achieved widespread adoption.

Coco also has experience in the investment field, having worked as a Summer Associate at Highland Capital Partners. Earlier in their career, they held brand management roles at L'Oreal, where they excelled in driving growth and was promoted to an expat assignment in Paris.

Throughout their career, Coco Meers has proven herself as a successful entrepreneur and business leader, with a strong focus on consumer-centric innovation and value creation.

Coco Meers attended Princeton University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and French. Later, they pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2010 to 2014, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance & Entrepreneurship. During this time, Coco Meers completed a second MBA program at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Finance & Entrepreneurship.
