Kathy Lai

Kathy Lai is a seasoned financial and strategic leader with extensive experience in executive roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at both Equilibria and Rise Sports Collective, Kathy also holds co-founding positions at HerMD, where responsibilities include Senior Advisor and Chief Strategy Officer, as well as Chief Content Officer roles in both SweatWorking App and aSweatLife. Kathy Lai earned an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.
