Karyn Gallant is currently the Global Operations Lead at Equilibrium Mining, where they oversee the implementation of strategic plans and provide support to regional operations leads. Previously, Karyn served as a Geotechnical Engineer at Golder from 2003 to 2010 and held several positions at BHP and WSP USA, culminating in the role of Senior Rock Mechanics Engineer from 2017 to 2022. Karyn is pursuing a degree in Geological Engineering at the University of Waterloo.
