Equimore helps event owners make defensible, comparable, and commercially sound location decisions — when the choices and terms matter.

Whether you're staying and renegotiating, relocating, or launching into a new market, the location decision is high-stakes and full of opportunity. Too often, these consequential decisions are made without benchmarks, without leverage, and without a structured process to defend them internally.

We change that.

Our work is built on proprietary benchmarks developed from analysing and bidding for major B2B events across 15+ global cities. We bring structured comparison, independent analysis, and negotiation expertise to a decision that most organisations make on instinct.

WHAT WE DO

→ Location Strategy — City comparison, cost of attendance analysis, and strategic recommendations for relocations, renewals, and new market entry.

→ Negotiation & Terms — Benchmarked contract review and negotiation support. Every clause, rate, and deal structure measured against comparable contracts across cities and event types.

→ Economic Impact — We quantify the real value events create for host cities, shifting the dynamic from "please host us" to a genuine partnership where both sides understand the value exchange.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Event owners, strategy leads, and executive teams at organisations where location materially affects outcomes. We also work with venues and cities looking to strengthen their proposition.
