Al Mateos is an experienced talent acquisition specialist with a focus on integrated recruitment strategies across various sectors including IT, engineering, and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Senior Integrated Talent Acquisition Specialist for EMEA at Equinix since November 2021, Al has previously held senior recruitment roles at IRIS Software Group, eBay, Vodafone, Dolby Laboratories, BBC, BSkyB, and several recruitment consultancy positions in Spain. Throughout a career spanning over 17 years, Al has successfully managed high-volume recruitment processes, developed comprehensive recruitment strategies, and built strong partnerships with hiring managers to meet business needs while emphasizing diversity and talent acquisition best practices. Al holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with HR Management from the University of West London.
