Alexander Jude has over two decades of experience in technical support, program management, and customer success. Beginning a career as a Banker at Deutsche Postbank Group from 1988 to 1996, Alexander transitioned to the tech industry, starting at Compaq in various roles including Engineering Specialist, Technical Support Agent, and Technical Support Mentor/Coach from 1998 to 2011. Following a tenure at HP from 2014 to 2017 as a Program/Project Manager and Business Escalation Manager, Alexander currently serves as Customer Success Manager GAM and Customer Project Manager at Equinix EMEA since 2018.
