Bill Shields

Bill Shields is an accomplished operations, data, and supply chain leader with a diverse background in both education and technology. They began their career at Microsoft, where they held various roles over 12 years, gaining expertise in OEM operations, IT, and finance. After a rewarding tenure as a middle school teacher, Shields returned to the tech industry and became Senior Director of Supply Chain at Rackspace, recognized for significantly enhancing employee engagement and reducing attrition. Additionally, Shields is an active mentor, guiding emerging leaders within their organization. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Accounting at Bowling Green State University.
