Brian Ellis

Brian Ellis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Integrated Talent Solutions at Equinix since June 2023. Previously, Brian held multiple roles at Red Hat from 2019 to 2023, including Senior Manager of Strategic Talent Programs and Global Program Manager for Talent Operations, where oversight included global programs supporting over 150 talent acquisition professionals in 40+ countries. As Manager of Global Talent Attraction and Employer Branding at Align Technology from 2017 to 2019, Brian focused on building talent pipelines and enhancing brand awareness during a period of rapid growth. Brian's earlier experience includes key positions at Red Hat and One Source Communications, where responsibilities ranged from talent assessments to HR management and corporate development. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
