Dawn Phillips

Dawn Phillips is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HRBP Director for EMEA at Equinix since May 2022. Previously, Dawn held the role of Chief People Officer at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, where the focus was on leading people transformation and enhancing organizational culture. Dawn's career includes significant positions at Clarivate Analytics as a Senior HR Business Partner, and at Thomson Reuters in both HR Business Partner and HR Manager capacities. Prior to these roles, Dawn was an HR Manager at Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices and Finsbury Orthopaedics, where responsibilities included strategic HR support and leading HR teams. Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Kingston University and a Post Graduate Diploma in HRM from BPP Law School.
