Ed Berman is currently a Senior Legal Counsel specializing in Data Centre/AI Infrastructure Regulatory Risk and Global Sustainability at Equinix. Previously, Ed has held positions as Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel at Amazon Web Services from 2022 to 2024, as well as various roles at ENSafrica and Herbert Smith Freehills, including Senior Associate and Associate Attorney. Ed completed a training contract as a Candidate Attorney at ENSafrica in 2013-2014.
