Fidelma Russo

Fidelma Russo has served as chief technology officer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) since September 2021. In her role at HPE, she leads the innovation agenda and technology roadmap, managing the design and development of the platform to deliver GreenLake edge-to-cloud customer experiences to the market. Ms. Russo works with HPE customers to help them reimagine their information technology needs while driving their business results.

Previously, Ms. Russo served as senior vice president and general manager of the Cloud Services business unit at VMware from May 2020 – September 2021. She has also held notable senior leadership positions including chief technology officer and executive vice president at Iron Mountain, Inc. from March 2017 – May 2020 and senior vice president and general manager at Dell EMC from January 2011 – January 2017.

Fidelma serves on the board of directors of SBA Communications and serves on the Audit and Nom & Gov committees.

Ms. Russo holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electrical engineering from University College Cork and a Master’s in Computer Science from Boston University.
