Grace Khor serves as the Director on the Board of the Equinix Foundation since April 2023 and holds the position of VP, Legal, Global Contracts at Equinix, where responsibilities have included roles as Sr. Director and Director of Legal Commercial Transactions from 2016 to present. Prior to Equinix, Grace Khor worked at Keystone Law Corporation as a Consultant and served as Deputy General Counsel at the Agency for Science Technology and Research. Earlier experience includes partnership at HelenYeo & Partners, OrrickHelenYeo and a senior associate role at Rajah & Tann, where involvement in the Technology Practice as a founding member was significant. Grace Khor earned an LLB (Hons) in Law from Queen Mary University of London.
