Grace Padron

Grace Padron is an accomplished professional with over 35 years of experience in the telecommunications and data center infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Director of Facilities Operations for Equinix overseeing operations in Miami and Bogota, as well as Regional Manager of Data Center Operations for US Signature Sites at Terremark, Padron has a significant background in managing data center operations and infrastructure. Previous experience includes an Area Technical Manager role at AT&T, where key responsibilities involved the design and deployment of corporate communications infrastructure in Dade and Monroe Counties, and senior management positions at BellSouth focused on data center operations and core network infrastructure. Padron holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Miami Dade College.
