Ike Mbachu

Ike Mbachu is an experienced professional in building management systems (BMS) and facility operations. Currently serving as an IBX Critical Facilities Specialist at Equinix since October 2024, Ike previously worked as a BMS Project Engineer at EC Group from April 2023 to October 2024, where responsibilities included developing system schedules and programming BMS according to client needs. Prior to that, Ike held the position of Building Services Manager at the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office from May 2017 to February 2023, managing maintenance allocations and budgets across regional offices. Ike's career began at BASSCOMM GROUP LIMITED, where between October 2012 and April 2017, significant projects included designing and commissioning a BMS for the British High Commission's £45Million headquarters in Abuja, Nigeria, overseeing all phases from inception to completion, including system integration, testing, and user training.
