Jay So

Jay So has over a decade of experience in operations and engineering within the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager for IBX Field Operations at Equinix since April 2011, Jay has progressed through various roles including Supervisor and Senior Field Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Guest Service Officer at Megastrength Security Services Co. Ltd and as an Administrative Assistant at Sunrise Metal Manufacture. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Sunderland in Hong Kong, along with a Higher Diploma from the Hong Kong College of Technology and an Advanced Diploma in Network and Mobile Computing from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
