Regional Escalation Manager (asia-pacific)

Kenneth Sit is an experienced professional in the field of technology and customer service, currently serving as the Regional Escalation Manager and Director of Customer Service for the Asia-Pacific region at Equinix since July 2013. Prior to Equinix, Kenneth held the position of Head of Service Management for Asia at Telstra International from April 2010 to July 2013.
