Lamide (Akinlabi) Onyeador serves as the HR Integration Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead for West Africa at Equinix since January 2025, following a tenure at MainOne as HR Integration Lead and Talent Acquisition Lead from June 2021 to January 2025. In these roles, Lamide has managed HR integration projects post-acquisition, led talent acquisition strategies and teams, and conducted recruitment activities for technical and non-technical positions. Previous experience includes various leadership and recruitment roles at Workforce Group, Deloitte Nigeria, and other organizations, with a focus on assessment projects and talent management. Lamide holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology from the University of Surrey and a BSc in Psychology with Sociology from the University of Sussex.
