Michaela Viray, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in workforce analytics and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Workforce Analytics Manager at Equinix since June 2020. In previous roles, Michaela held positions such as Consultant and Project Lead in People Analytics and Organization Design at International Consumer Brands; Assistant Vice President for Learning & Organization Development at Republic Biscuit Corporation; and HR Manager at Fonterra, where efforts in organizational restructuring and engagement initiatives led to significant improvements in employee satisfaction.
