Mike Browning

Mike Browning, CEP, currently serves as Director of Stock Services at Equinix, a position held since March 2016 after previously holding the role of Senior Manager in the same department. With extensive experience in stock administration, Browning leads a team managing a global equity program for over 7,000 employees and plays a crucial role on the Equinix Dividend Committee and in proxy reporting. Prior experience includes managing the global RSU program at Gilead Sciences and serving in various finance and stock plan administration roles at companies such as Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch. Browning holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance, a BBA in Accounting, and a BA in Public Relations from the University of North Florida and the University of Louisville.
