Rahul Sinha

Rahul Sinha currently serves as the Director of Corporate Development for APAC at Equinix since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rahul was an Investment Manager at AirTrunk from January 2021 to September 2025, focusing on new market entry, expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and structuring hyperscale deals. Rahul also held the position of Vice President at SPIRE Investment Manager Pte. Ltd. between February 2018 and December 2020, overseeing investments in commercial real estate with a focus on strategic alliances and a fund under management of USD 750 million. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Manager in Deals Strategy at PwC Singapore from February 2016 to January 2018, where Rahul led M&A and private equity advisory services across various sectors in the ASEAN region. Rahul holds a Master’s in Finance from London Business School, is a CFA Charterholder, and has undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Electronic Science and Economics from Delhi University.
