Ray Lai

Ray Lai is a Lead IBX Critical Facilities Engineer at Equinix, where they focus on the maintenance of critical facilities. Previously, Ray held various roles, including Assistant Project Manager at Siemens and Project Officer at the Hong Kong Productivity Council. Ray started their career as a Lighting Engineer at Nanoflex Limited before becoming a Lighting Application Specialist at Philips Lighting and working briefly as a Graduate Engineer at Arup. Ray earned a Master's degree in Intelligent Building Technology and Management from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technology, Sydney.
