Reini Lim

Reini Lim is a Talent Marketing and Employer Brand Analyst at Equinix since November 2021, where responsibilities include developing and executing global talent marketing campaigns across various channels and collaborating with internal stakeholders to align employer brand messaging. Previously, Reini served as a Brand Ambassador at TC Acoustic from September 2018 to December 2019, focusing on customer service and leading a social media campaign to showcase company culture. Earlier experience includes a role as a Business Development Assistant at GREAT EASTERN, where marketing materials were curated for key company events, and a position as a Cafe Associate at Cedele, assisting with training and scheduling. Reini holds a degree in International Relations from the University of London, completed in August 2021, and graduated from Innova Junior College in 2017.
