Taylor Rust

Taylor Rust Sundermeier is an accomplished Talent Development Manager at Equinix, with extensive experience in leadership development, employee training, and diversity initiatives. Since joining Equinix in May 2019, Taylor has successfully designed and managed a Leadership Development program with a 96% graduation rate and facilitated workshops for senior leadership.
