Tim Harper possesses extensive experience in training, development, and operations management within both civilian and military contexts. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Training & Development at Equinix, Tim Harper has held several key roles including Data Center Engineering Training and Development Manager and Operations Compliance Manager for HSE in the AMER East region. Tim Harper co-owns TR Harper Homes, LLC, focusing on real estate investment and management. Prior military service includes notable positions in the US Navy, where responsibilities encompassed managing nuclear propulsion systems and personnel training. Tim Harper’s educational background includes completion of Nuclear Power School at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
