Anders Østerås

Anders Østerås is currently the Head of Competence Advisory at Equinor, where responsibility includes developing frameworks, tools, and guidance for establishing competence requirements. They focus on learning and competence innovation by leveraging lean improvement methods and Agile Scrum techniques. Previously, Anders has held various roles in HR and project organization at companies such as Statoil and St. Olavs hospital, and they have also managed their own consulting business, Krea Konsult. Anders holds a Master's degree in Management, Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, along with other educational qualifications in psychology and management.
