André Mathiesen

André Mathiesen currently serves as the Leader of People and Organisation at Equinor Brazil, a role held since August 2018. Prior to this, André held various managerial positions in People and Organisation across Equinor's Exploration and Production International sector, managing operations in Africa and leading initiatives in several Latin American countries. André's previous experience includes significant roles at Statoil, focusing on People and Leadership in Development and Production, as well as project management and change management responsibilities. André's career also includes consultancy experiences at Accenture and Adecco, along with early service in the Royal Norwegian Navy. André holds multiple degrees in Political Science and International Studies from University of Oslo and Griffith University.
