Andreas Holst

Andreas Holst currently serves as the Vice President of People and Leadership for Marketing Midstream and Processing at Equinor, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, Andreas Holst had a long tenure at Statoil, beginning in January 2005 and concluding in September 2018, where responsibilities included Vice President of Learning and Development, which encompassed leadership in learning initiatives at Statoil University and involvement in recruitment processes, as well as managing PO services as a PO Manager. Previous roles also included Leading Consultant in corporate HR focusing on organizational change and capabilities, and Manager of HR Projects and Process Development. From January 2001 to November 2004, Andreas Holst worked as a Consultant with Accenture, providing change management services to major upstream oil and gas companies. Earlier career experience includes a position as PO-Manager at Sandnes kommune from 1998 to 2001. Education was completed at the University of Bergen with a degree in Political Sciences and earlier officer training from 1990 to 1992.
