Andy Lambert is currently the Head of the Operation Centre for New Fields, International, HPHT, and Exploration. Previously, they served as the Head of Safety, Security, and Sustainability for Global Drilling and Wells at Equinor from 2021 to 2025 and held the position of Vice President for Drilling & Wells from 2020 to 2025. Their extensive experience includes roles as a Principal Drilling Engineer and various leadership positions at Statoil from 2004 to 2008. Throughout their career, Andy has focused on safety, security, and sustainability in drilling operations.
