Arild Agle is an advisor in drilling technology at Equinor, having worked there since 1991 in various roles including drilling engineer, lead drilling engineer, and department manager. Currently, Arild focuses on business and performance operations within the drilling and well (D&W) unit. Since 2010, Arild has served as an advisor for all D&W operations and has been instrumental in developing safety standards and efficiency improvements that enhanced drilling operations significantly. Arild holds a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Stavanger, completed in 1990.
