Asli U. is currently the Head of Strategy for Onshore Renewables at Equinor, having held various positions within the company since 2023, including Manager of Strategy and Project Manager for Hydrogen and CCS Business Development. Prior to joining Equinor, Asli gained significant experience as a Senior Research Analyst at McKinsey & Company from 2009 to 2011, and as an Oil & Gas Equity Research Intern at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2006. Asli holds a First Class Honours in Chemistry (MsCi) and a Ph.D. in Organometallic Chemistry, both from the University of Bristol.
