Barbara Lobo is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations, compensation analyses, and employee wellness programs. Currently serving as a Consultant HR OPS at Equinor since March 2018, Barbara oversees various HR processes including admissions, function changes, and diversity initiatives. Prior roles include Analyst of Compensation and Benefits at Sesc - Departamento Nacional, where Barbara focused on job analysis and salary structures, and Analyst of Health and Labor Relations at Repsol Sinopec Brasil, responsible for health programs and collective agreements.
