Caio Barros is currently the Integrity Manager at Equinor, having previously held roles as an Integrity Engineer and Technical Integrity Manager within the company from 2019 to 2022. With experience in the Bacalhau and Raia projects, they supported the preparation and verification of integrity systems and safety barriers. Prior to joining Equinor, Caio worked at OSX as an Operations Engineer and Naval Engineer, and was part of the Plant Integrity Team at Statoil from 2015 to 2017. Caio began their career as an intern and then a Junior Naval Engineer at MODEC International Inc. They earned a degree in Naval Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro from 2004 to 2009.
